Welcome to the coolest party ever! By renting from Water Slides Kennewick, you (the Lessee) agree to these super important rules so everyone stays safe and has a blast. Read on — and get ready to slide, splash, and smile! 😎💧

🚚 Delivery, Setup & Payment 💸

  • We'll deliver your inflatable fun right to your party spot! Just give us the address. 🏠

  • You say when, we show up! You let us in for delivery & pickup—easy peasy.

  • Full payment is needed before we arrive. No payment, no party (sorry!).

  • Once your water slide is all set up, there are no refunds, but don't worry — we've got your back with rain checks (see below)!

  • Make sure there's a 115V outlet with 20 amps within 50 feet of the blower—that's our power party starter!

  • If the blower quits blowing, everyone out! Then check the plug, air tubes, and breaker. Safety first!

  • Heads up: a $40 service call fee applies if the problem is from electrical stuff on your end.

  • Set up on flat, soft ground like grass or smooth pavement—no rocky business!

  • Once we put it down, don't move it! We're the pros at setup.

  • Anchors keep your slide in place—no anchor tampering, please!

  • No sliding during storms, lightning, or wild winds. Mother Nature calls the shots!

  • Always have a grown-up watching the fun who knows the rules. Adult supervision = party win!

⚠️ Extra Safety Rules

  • Before jumping in: shoes off, glasses off, belts and jewelry off—nothing sharp allowed!

  • No climbing walls, netting, or rooftops—that's a no-go zone!

  • Never use a deflated or half-flat unit—only fully puffed up fun counts!

  • Water only with our OK! No sneaky hose squirts unless we say “Go!”

  • Stick to the posted max riders and age groups. Sharing is caring, but safety comes first!

  • No food, drinks, silly string, confetti, or trash anywhere near the slide. We love clean fun!

  • No wild horseplay—keep it safe, keep it fun!

💥 Oops! Damage & Cleaning Fees 💥

  • Silly string, confetti, food, or anything messy?

  • $250 cleaning fee for messes that can be cleaned up.

  • Full replacement cost if it's permanently damaged.

  • You're responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during your party time. Protect your party!

⚖️ Legal Stuff (The Boring But Important Part)

Hold Harmless

You promise to protect Water Slides Kennewick from any claims or injuries related to your rental—from setup to takedown. We want fun, not fuss!

Warranty Disclaimer

Our equipment is rented “as-is” — if something looks funky or unsafe, stop using it and call us ASAP!

If Things Go Sideways

If you don't follow these rules, we might:

  • End your rental early.

  • Come pick up the equipment.

  • Charge for damages or unpaid fees.

  • Take legal action (we hope it doesn't come to that!).

  • If we disagree, we'll settle it peacefully through Washington State arbitration — no courtroom drama here!
